Another day of the IDC is over..We get to know each other much more and this is nice. This is a once in a lifetime experience! Being a member of  Los Pargos Rojos- that’s the name of my team - is a great challenge. We have won several points already in the point hunting game which proves we are a great team.- there are no rules about how many points you might win or lose!”   We all enjoy that, have fun and it makes us forget we get evaluated at times. I will definitely use this much more in the future, it’s a mind relaxing technique. After lunch it was time to talk about business. The Marketing presentation was very helpful giving you several ideas on how to promote Instructor Development Courses. In the afternoon, we were in the pool again. I liked that a lot. I did my presentation on Alternate Air Source supplied by another diver and did positive critique. During your instructor development course you learn how to positively reinforce a specific aspect of a scuba skill.

I have to stop writing now and get ready as the rest of the team is waiting for me to go for dinner at the superb Playa Bianca restaurant with the yummy dishes…
